We are GroundUp Coffee Recyclers, a social enterprise dedicated to reducing waste and promoting sustainability in the local community. Our mission is to provide a simple and effective solution for managing waste from local businesses, and to turn that waste into valuable resources for the community.

We collect used coffee grounds, kitchen scraps, and soft plastics and divert them away from landfills. Instead, we provide these waste products to small-scale and regenerative farmers, who use them to create nourishing compost that grows delicious food for the Ballarat region and beyond.
